Pit Bull thwarts thief’s escape in Somerset West

By Mike Smith

6th of July 2016

“He started jumping fences in his ill-considered haste to get away, and jumped straight into the waiting jaws of a loving pit bull!”

Good. Glad the Pit Bull gave him some tender loving care.

I feel sorry for the dog though. Poor thing will now have to lick its arsehole for a week to get the taste of nigger out of its mouth.

    Hahaha! Lekker!

If my dogs ever get poisoned I am going straight over to the Pitbull breed. I will first raise them in Apartheid.

You can teach your dogs not to take or pick-up any food that might contain poison. My dogs only eat out of their bowls. No feeding from the table or throwing food at them. If i do throw a piece of meat at them they wont take it even if i leave it outside. It just takes a lot of patience but once they get it it sticks.

But yes a Pitbull is also on my list.

  5. whahahahaha...are they sure it was a Pit Bull? The black still has his arm, with only a little blood on it. The Pit Bulls I know, like to bite your arm clean off and then beat you to death with it...hehe...

I was also a bit disappointed in the lack of damage done. The kind of Pitbull you talk about, tháts the kind I am voting for...

Only a small amount of damage was done for a simple reason.... Pitbulls don't eat junk food!

You're all more concerned about the dog.

    Argue that one.

    3. Do you want us to feel sorry for black thief?
If a white guy jumps yards (to steal), which is very unlikely ;-) , I'd also want him to get into the same situation!
Does that make me a liberal now ? Hell No !

I think we need more Pit-bulls.

The winds of change are strong now, be careful and alert.

I wonder if more pit-bulls will be enough?

I read about the winds of change and there's more on the table about it. http://www.fin24.com/Tech/News/whatsapp-outage-in-zimbabwe-as-protests-intensify-20160706

There's a Zimbabwean prophet named Walter Magaya who predicts a civil war. http://thezimbabwemail.com/headline-24919-magaya-predicts-imminent-civil-war-in-the-region.html. It could be interesting to compare his predictions with the ones from Siener Van Rensberg, they might have some common points.

    2. You don't need to be a "prophet" to see the shit coming. Just use common sense.

    3. Agreed, the shit that is boiling here will make Libya look like nursery school.

Somebody said they hope the haven't been silly creating debt to prepare. Nah, my opinion that he is a wise man. Give him a bells.

I hope he also bartered a couple of bunnies and samoosas for some really decent hardware, if not maybe you could give him some pointers, Mike.

On a slightly more serious note. Many people have lost their lives, because they dont understand their dogs. They also do not form a bond with their animals, so that they can " read " the type of barking, that the dogs make. It is SO important ! Then there are the " positive " owners, who go outside, UNARMED AND RELAXED, to find out why the dogs are barking ! ! I would like to believe, that that not one of Mikes readers, falls into this category.

Dis tyd dat hulle begin voel.
Hulle wil die grond en bankrekeninge vat.

Ek wag vir julle... you can have my land after you have buried me in it.

And you can have my gun if you take it from my COLD DEAD hand.

Ek gaan nêrens nie. Wag vir julle...

I hope that dog brushed its teeth after taking a bite, you do not know what diseases and infections you can pick up when you take a bite at anything nowadays.

Neopolitan mastiff is what one needs. Not even the takkies will be left over as evidence. I have a photo of a steel bucket the pups played with. Hardly resembles a bucket anymore. Plus they have gentle and loving disp
ositions. To the ones they love. Very protective. Fearsome looking. -jamie

  19. Was reading somewhere a few days ago that burglars are terrified of small dogs that sleep in the house - I have three of these little guys (all rescues) and what never fails to amaze me is that all three will suddenly wake up and go ballistic - we look outside (through the windows) and see nothing and nobody until suddenly someone appears in the street as if from nowhere. Yes, we have an electronic alarm system inside, fencing outside, but these dogs of ours are virtually better alarm raisers than our electronic system... And for those who have big dogs outside, get a little mutt (Fox terrier/Jack Russell or whatever) to be the inside guard dog. In fact, Jackies are totally fearless - ask me - mine is just pint-size, but don't try and take RIP (that's his name) on... I've even seen a video of a Jackie taking on a cobra and killing it - absolutely amazing....
